which filetype did you use ? i use .swf ,but the animation is then submitted way smaller than this

this is a gif! I animated these on Photoshop, but it sounds like you're using Flash in which case you go to File > Export > Export Movie and select the file type as Animated Gif. Im not entirely sure if those settings will be exactly the same for you but it should be somewhere around Exporting the file type if youre using a different program
